A teacher at New Life School in Harlem says there was a strong whiff of marijuana coming from the 3-year-old student's backpack yesterday afternoon. That's when the teacher opened the backpack and made the shocking discovery.
Police arrested a friend of the toddler's parents in connection to the drugs. Investigators believe he put the drugs in the backpack Thursday night and forgot about it.
