Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Webster Police Department are searching for multiple suspects responsible for the violent robberies of Hispanic immigrants in a Webster neighborhood.

Over the course of four months, authorities say Hispanic immigrants living in the 17700 block of El Camino Real Boulevard have been targeted by a series of robbery suspects. In each case, the suspects have targeted the victims as they end a work shift during late night hours.

The victims have been attacked and robbed at gunpoint while walking to their apartments. In some of the cases, the victims were severely beaten, requiring hospital treatment.

Police say a total of eight documented cases have been reported, the most recent of which occurred on September 14, at approximately 2:45am.

The suspects have been described as two different groups. The first is described as two black males in their twenties, with medium builds and faces covered by bandanas. The second group is described as two Hispanic males in their twenties, with medium builds and their faces covered by t-shirts.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspects is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS.
