Surveillance video showing Nicole Baukus drinking heavily in a bar before stumbling to her pickup truck played a key role in her trial.
The 24-year-old changed her plea to guilty shortly after the video was shown in court. Now Baukus claims her attorney coerced her into pleading guilty.
All parties attended a hearing Thursday morning in Montgomery County. Judge Michael Seiler denied the motion shortly after.
If Baukus pursues an appeal, her case would next move to the appeals court.
