According to the affidavits released Wednesday afternoon, the suspect grabbed the women late at night and forced them to perform oral sex.
Thirty-eight- year-old Van Dixson faces four counts of aggravated sexual assault in the attacks in his south Dallas neighborhood of Fair Park. He was arrested Tuesday in Louisiana.
Police say Dixson was linked by DNA to attacks involving four women.
In one late August attack, Dixson allegedly raped a woman after first trying to rob her and then sending her two children away.
In a June attack, an affidavit says he raped a woman who was walking home and got separated from a friend.
