Pair of 300 pound female shoplifters sought in robbery

HOUSTON

On June 8, deputies responded to a robbery call at an electronics store located on the 20200 block of the Katy Freeway. A woman told deputies she spotted two suspects acting suspiciously at about 3:45pm. As store employees monitored the suspects, they were observed concealing merchandise in their bags, and leaving the store without paying.

A victim approached the suspects in the parking lot of the store, and was threatened by one suspect with a large pair of scissors. The two suspects then fled the scene in a four door Oldsmobile Alero, with license plate DD4P292.

The first suspect is described as a black female, weighing approximately 300 pounds, standing 5'7"-5'10" with a tattoo on her chest. At the time of the crime she was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

The second suspect is described as a black female with short hair, weighing approximately 300 pounds and standing between 5'7"-5'10" tall. At the time of the crime she was wearing a red vest with a yellow shirt.
