According to the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, a deputy was monitoring traffic in the 11400 block of Calhoun Road yesterday when the man, identified as Bo Lee Richmond, 30, of Conroe, rode an orange 4-wheeler past him at a high rate of speed.
The deputy tried to pull Richmond over, but he apparently didn't comply and the chase was on.
During the chase, Richmond reportedly turned into a wooded area and became stuck, allowing the deputy to get out of his patrol vehicle and take him into custody.
The 4-wheeler Richmond was on was reported stolen in 2008, according to the constable's office.
Richmond is facing several charges, including Evading Arrest and Theft. Authorities say Richmond also had outstanding warrants for Violate Promise to Appear and Driving While License Suspended.
