The victim's body was found in the 1800 block of Bingle Road. According to Houston police, an employee of a nearby business saw the man lying on the ground in the back alley of a strip center early Saturday morning. The employee reportedly thought he was a sleeping homeless person.
When the employee came out a couple of hours later, just before 7am, the body was in the same place. The witness took a closer look, saw blood and called 911
HPD Homicide investigators tell us the victim was stabbed to death. He has not been identified, and the case remains under investigation.
