The longtime eastside constable was supposed to appear in front of a judge earlier this month, but the case was rescheduled.
Trevino was indicted after a 13 Undercover investigation. Trevino is accused of misusing county property, not reporting campaign donations and misusing money donated to his charity.
Despite the charges against him, he has remained on the job.
