Harris County jail records show 26-year-old Henry Eugene Burleson of Spring and 20-year-old Diamond Lasha Webb of Houston were being held without bond Sunday on capital murder charges. No attorneys were listed for Webb, who was booked Saturday, and Burleson, who was arrested last Wednesday.
Investigators say 49-year-old Mario DeSantiago and 21-year-old Leobardo DeSantiago were attacked July 6 by two men and a woman during an apparent holdup. Authorities say the father and son were confronted in their garage and forced into the residence where they were shot and valuables were stolen.
Law officers are seeking a third suspect.
