Daniel Kellerher says the NBA player stepped on him while he was sleeping on the street in Portland. Jones was arrested on Wednesday. He's pleaded not guilty to a charge of harassment.
His lawyer says Jones may have tripped over the man while he was sleeping, then yelled at him to "wake up." Kellerher wants to know why it even happened.
"A star player and he's got to turn around and do that to a homeless person, that ain't done nothing to him," he said. "It's hard. I just want to cry."
Kellerher wasn't seriously hurt. Jones is supposed to be back in court next month.
