July 18, 2013 4:02:07 PM PDT
Detectives are searching for the gunman who shot and killed someone at a southwest Houston apartment complex.

The shooting happened in a second-floor apartment at a complex in the 10000 block of Forum Park.

The victim was transported to a hospital but didn't make it. Witnesses say someone jumped out of the window, breaking glass along the way, so it's possible there may be another injury related to the shooting.

Authorities don't yet know what sparked the shooting, but they're searching for a suspect who's been described as a Hispanic man in his 20's, and about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers at the time of the murder.

The victim's identity has not yet been released.
