One of the men accused of killing a man for his Air Jordan shoes is due in court today.

Anthony Wade is charged with capital murder for the death of Joshua Wood. Authorities believe wade and three accomplices followed wood home from Willowbrook Mall in December after Wood bought a pair of Air Jordan shoes.

They confronted him in the driveway of a home and shot him. Wood's mother is asking Nike to change its release policy for Air Jordans, and make more of them available.
