Victor Rojas-Reyes, 20, is charged with endangering a child. Houston police say on Sunday a little before 9pm, officers spotted the stroller in the street in the 13000 block of Northborough. Officers say they had to swerve to miss it.
Two children, one 7 months old and the other 5 years old, were inside the stroller, say police. Rojas-Reyes, their father, was walking along the sidewalk, but pushing the stroller in a moving lane of traffic.
The children were unharmed and released to the custody of their mother.
Rojas-Reyes is currently in the Harris County Jail on $2,000 bond. He's due back in court on Tuesday.
