Selina Monshea Lee, 23, is charged with endangering a child. Houston police say that on Wednesday, Lee was carrying her two-year-old child when she got into an argument in the 9200 block of Mesa.
As the argument became more heated, Lee reportedly set the child down in the middle of the street. Passersby who witnessed the altercation immediately grabbed the child and pulled her to safety.
Police were called and took Lee into custody. Additionally, she was said to be making suicidal threats in front of the officers.
