The truck was on its side along the North Loop near TC Jester. All lanes were shut down for several hours, backing traffic up for miles. At this point, it's not clear how the truck turned on its side, but from damage along the guard rail that separates the main lanes from an exit ramp, it appears the driver may have hit that.
