U.S. District Judge Lyn Hughes sentenced Brice Burns Davenport, 51, to a year and a day in federal prison followed by 8 years on supervised release. The sentence was announced today, following Davenport's guilty plea back in March.
According to investigators, on our around October 9, 2012, Davenport used a post office computer at the Plantersville office where he worked to access images of child pornography.
Davenport reportedly acknowledged searching for child porn on the computer, which revealed 52 images of child porn.
