Kingwood man arrested over online ad looking for sex with moms and daughters

A Kingwood area man is under arrest, accused of going online to try to find young girls for sex.

Jesse Michael Kibert, 33, is charged with one count of online solicitation of a minor, a third-degree felony. Kibert was arrested by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit in cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Squad.

Authorities say Kibert allegedly placed an ad on Craigslist, requesting to meet a mother and daughter for the purposes of having sex. The ad further suggested that incest was something he considered a plus.

Kibert allegedly traded clothed images of himself and after a lengthy investigation officers executed a search warrant on his apartment in the Kingwood area. The defendant provided a recorded statement in which he acknowledged placing numerous ads over the past several years, seeking young girls for the purposes of having sex. During these online conversations the defendant also allegedly asked to have sex with the mothers and the daughters simultaneously.

Kilbert was arrested without incident and placed into the Harris County Jail.
