We told you about the case last month. The baby was found crying, still in the car seat, on the ground in southwest Houston. Investigators say Latonya Moore was high on PCP and put her baby on the car trunk, got in the car and drove away.
A person living nearby found the baby and called police.
The child is OK. Investigators say Moore was later stopped for DWI for driving while on PCP.
