Charges filed in southwest Houston home invasion case

HOUSTON

According to court documents, on May 13, there was a knock on the door of a home in the 5200 block of Paisley. When the care provider answered, police say 28-year-old Victor Manuel Amador and 29-year-old Henry Amador forced their way inside.

According to police, Victor was armed with a gun, while Henry had a knife. Henry reportedly tied the victim up with duct tape, after which, Victor led her through the home. This, Henry went into the upstairs bedroom.

After the suspects fled, it was discovered that $12,000 was stolen from un upstairs dresser.

The victim picked Victor out of a photo array. He was charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. Soon after, Henry was arrested and charged with the same thing.

Bail for Victor has been set at $20,000 in the case.
