Donte Jerrell Earls and Desmenn Simon are facing murder charges. Prosecutors say they broke into a home on Westwick Drive in the Alief area earlier this month and shot Hoai Vu, his girlfriend, Le Nguyen, and Vu's 10-year-old son, Brandon.
Vu was the only one who survived. Two other men are facing the same charges.
