Crystal Jackson is charged with felony injury to a child. Investigators say on March 20 Jackson called 911 claiming the baby fell off the bed and was acting odd.
The child was rushed to the hospital where doctors found multiple skull fractures, brain bleeding and broken ribs, according to court documents.
Doctors say because of the trauma the child will need extensive therapy and will have a very challenging first four years of life.
