An officer had just pulled a driver over on the North Freeway at Tidwell when the driver took off.
During the chase, the man lost control of his vehicle and crashed. He then got out of the car, ran across the North Freeway and tried to hide in a neighborhood. Police found him hiding in a neighbor's back yard.
He's facing evading charges. Police believe he had out-of-state warrants for his arrest.
