Brown was supposed to stay in custody until his jail review later this week, but records show he was released last Thursday. Brown spent almost a month in jail after he was found in contempt of court.
He was originally sentenced to 180 days in jail for committing dozens of violations regarding his ongoing divorce battle with his fourth wife.
