Juan Jose Villa is a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender. DPS says Villa has an extensive criminal history and is currently wanted for indecency with a child by sexual contact, deadly conduct and failure to register as a sex offender.
The reward has increased to $15,000 for information leading to his arrest if the tip comes in during the month of April. Texas Crime Stoppers tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Villa, who has been wanted since 2008, has family in the San Antonio area, and his last known address was in Floresville, Texas. He has worked as an auto mechanic, tire repairman and floor stripper/buffer. His criminal history from Texas and Wisconsin includes indecency with a child by exposure, deadly conduct, theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and evading arrest or detention.
Villa, 36, is 5 feet 10 inches and was last known to weigh approximately 240 pounds. He has multiple scars, including on the insides of both wrists and over his left eyebrow. He also has burn scars on his chest, both shoulders and entire back.
Anyone with information can provide anonymous tips in four different ways:
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Text the letters DPS followed by your tip to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
- Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
- Submit a Facebook tip at Facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the "SUBMIT A TIP" link (under the "About" section).
