Christopher Stoneking is now in jail on two felony charges. The alleged attack happened last month at Maplebrook Elementary School in Atascocita.
According to court documents, Stoneking held the boy to the ground and forced him to smoke the drug known as Kush.
The boy was not hurt, but told investigators the drug caused him to fall.
