Mark Cordero and Patricia Buscemi were headed west on FM 1097 when a pizza delivery car turned in front of their motorcycle.
Cordero was thrown from the motorcycle and killed. Buscemi was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Investigators say the pizza delivery driver will probably not face charges in the crash.
