A driver's mistake led to a fuel spill and cleanup at a gas station in northwest Harris County.

Officials with the Houston Fire Department say a fuel tanker was in the process of filling up an underground storage tank when a woman accidentally ran over the nozzle. Thirty to 40 gallons of fuel spilled, and some of it went in the storm drain.
