Rosenberg police look for clues after cat found in bag

ROSENBERG, TX

Back on February 22, Rosenberg police were sent to the intersection of West Street and Southgate Drive for a plastic bag which appeared to be moving.

When deputies arrived and opened the bag, they discovered a gray, short-hair male tabby cat. The cat had dried blood on its front legs and appeared dazed.

The cat was transported to the Richmond Animal Hospital, where it died a couple days later.

The Rosenberg Animal Control Unit is seeking information about what happened to the cat. If you have any information please contact The Rosenberg Police Department at 832-595-3720 or Crime Stoppers 281-342-TIPS.
