Video from brazen smoke shop robbery released

HOUSTON

It happened back on February 8 at around 3am. The two unidentified suspects rank the doorbell of the shop located in the 17600 block of West Little York.

The victim deactivated the electronic locks on the door and when she did, the first suspect rushed inside and approached her. Meanwhile a second masked suspect stood guard at the front entrance.

The unmasked suspect then reportedly grabbed the victim and put a knife to her throat, ordering her to empty the contents of the cash register. The victim complied and both suspects fled through a back exit with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 20 to 25 years of age, standing approximately 5 feet, 7 inches to 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing between 170 to 180 pounds. At the time of the offense, the suspect wore a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and white tennis shoes.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between the ages of 20 to 25 years, standing approximately 5 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 to 160 pounds. At the time of the crime, the suspect was wearing dark clothing, a black and white bandanna covering his face and a blue and white ball cap.
