It happened around 8:45am on County Road 615 near Dayton in Liberty County.
According to Union Pacific, the railroad crossing has a sign but no lights or crossing arms.
The train crew says they blew a whistle as a warning, but the woman didn't stop.
She reportedly told authorities she was late for work.
The woman was airlifted to the hospital with pelvic injuries.
