Deputies say they received a call at around 2pm Tuesday about the report of the dead body in the 12200 block of Cutten at a landscaping business is on the property which is southeast of the mall.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, workers were digging in the dirt toward the back of the property when they found the body of a dead woman. We're told she was found nude and she may have been there for as long as a week.
Investigators say they're still looking into whether the body was actually buried or if it was lying on top of the dirt.
There's no official word on whether foul play was involved, but homicide investigators and the Harris County Medical Exmanier's Office were on the scene.
We're still waiting on more information from investigators, but employees say they have been asked not to give out information.
On Wednesday, investigators identified the deceased woman as Elizabeth Lewis. A cause of death has still not been released.
