Penelope Soto, 18, was arrested in Florida for allegedly having Xanax and was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She laughed and smiled and flirted with the judge during her entire bond hearing.
But when the judge raised her bond, she flipped him off. So he then sentenced her to 30 days in jail for contempt of court.
