They received 24 handheld radios, antennas and batteries worth nearly $14,000.
The radios should increase response time and communication with dispatchers and firefighters.
The equipment was donated by Firehouse Subs, a sandwich chain founded by former firefighters.
The restaurant has a public safety foundation to give back to first responders.
