Shorenstein Properties out of California announced it has purchased the 45-story ExxonMobil building and its parking garage at Bell near Louisiana. Right now, the building is home to Exxon workers, but in 2015, those workers will be moving to a new corporate campus being built north of Houston.
Shorenstein Properties says it has big plans for the tower, but would not go into detail. Also, they did not disclose the purchase price.
