Four suspects have been arrested after what police are saying was a $20,000 jewelry heist during a smash-and-grab.

It happened early this morning at the Cleveland Jewelers on East Houston Avenue. Police say four men broke into the store and smashed a watch display case. We're told the men stole about 100 watches worth around $20,000.

When officers arrived the suspects sped off, but all four men were arrested after a short chase.
