San Antonio police on Thursday issued a murder warrant for 23-year-old Jonathan Jose Guillen. Police say Guillen was on the run with his nearly year-old son.
Police say the 44-year-old ex-boyfriend showed up at the woman's home Thursday morning and allegedly started to beat her while accusing her of seeing other men. Police say Guillen tried to intervene and ended up shooting the older man.
The name of the victim wasn't immediately released.
