Surveillance video released of Baytown jewelry robbery

HOUSTON

Police say it happened at Shay's Jewelry and Gifts on Garth Road.

Police say the first suspect was filling out a credit application when the second suspect then walked in towards the back of the store.

Police say the first man then pulled out a pistol, told a customer to get down, and ordered the store owner for the keys to the front jewelry cases. The second man handcuffed the employees with zip ties, and the two men got away with an undetermined amount of jewelry.
