It happened at the store on Aldine Mail Rt. around 4:30am. When deputies arrived, they found the pickup abandoned inside the store.
CVS says it appears to be an a smash and grab attempt of the ATM, though it wasn't taken.
The store was closed at the time, so there were no injuries. The store was closed for the day, but customers needing prescriptions were still able to get them in the drive-thru.
