Lloyd Lester Gibson III, 67, has a lengthy criminal history that includes indecent exposure, indecency with a child by fondling, indecency with a child by exposure, failure to register as a sex offender and burglary of habitation.
According to DPS officials, Gibson's most common offense is to expose himself to underage girls.
Authorities said his last known address was in Fort Worth, but he has relatives and friends living in the Houston area and has ties to the Austin area.
Gibson has convictions in Travis, Smith and Harris counties.
He has been known to work as a medical technician, lab researcher and computer programmer, officials said.
Gibson is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has scars on his chest, right elbow, left shoulder and right shoulder.
Texas Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. There are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:
