Three teenagers on a joyride are accused of shooting up an apartment building, then trying to hide from police.

It happened around Beechnut and Jorine in southwest Houston. The teens were inside an old yellow Crown Victoria, which had been painted white and looked like a patrol car. Police say one of the teens started shooting at the apartment building but no one was hit.
