Firefighters were called to the Explorer Pipeline warehouse on Miller Road 2 near Beaumont Highway around 9:30am.
When they arrived, smoke was coming from an office maintenance building.
Officials say a lightning rod fell outside the facility and came into contact with a high voltage line, sparking the blaze.
There was a temporary shelter in place issued for two neighboring residential streets. It has since been lifted.
No injuries were reported in that fire.
