It happened just before midnight on Renwick near Clarewood.
Five people were inside the condo, including teenagers, when the trio barged in. It's unknown what the men were after, but they pulled out a gun and pistol-whipped a man inside the condo.
He was taken to the hospital. There is no word yet on the extent of his injuries.
The men escaped in a dark green SUV, likely a Ford Expedition, and remain on the loose.
