Police say patrol officers responded to 6303 Cullen after witnesses reported finding a human skull in the courtyard of an abandoned apartment complex. Witnesses were evaluating the property for possible purchase when they discovered the skull. A search of the property was conducted and nearly the entire skeleton of what is believed to be a female was found.
The remains will be examined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences to determine the identity and cause of death.
