There's been another incident of stranger danger reported in the Katy ISD. This time, a junior high student says she was approached while walking to school Monday morning.

It happened between 7:05am and 7:20am along North Mason road at Lakes of Bridgewater. That's near the campuses of Golbow Elementary and McDonald Jr. High School.

The female student says a suspicious man approached her from behind, walking very close to her. She says when she turned around, the man reached out to her, but before he could make contact, she screamed and ran away. The man reportedly also ran in the opposite direction.

The subject is described as a white male, between the ages of 45 and 50, standing 5-foot-7 and weighing around 170 pounds. The student says he has a mustache and beard, was dressed in white hoodie, dark colored jeans and black/white Nike shoes. She also says he appeared to be very dirty.

If you have any information about this person or have heard of similar instances, please contact police.

Earlier this month, there were reports of a stranger trying to lure a young girl into his pickup truck on Morningside Drive in Cinco Ranch.
