Elizabeth Falkenburg is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor and evading arrest.
Investigators said they tried to pull over Falkenburg in Pearland Saturday morning for driving without headlights. That sparked a chase that went through Friendswood, Houston, Pasadena, Webster and League City.
It all ended on 8th at Broadway in Galveston after police spiked her tires.
