Sugar Land police chased three burglary suspects across the cty of Houston overnight.

The chase eventually ended when the suspects crashed and bailed out at a dead-end in northeast Houston. Our Houston Transtar Jam Cams were rolling as that chase reached speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.

It started at the Drury Inn on the Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land when hotel guests spotted three men breaking into cars. Sugar Land police tried to pull over the suspects' vehicle and they took off on Highway 59.

They eventually exited and ran into a dead-end on Spottswood in northeast Houston. With the help of an HPD K-9 unit and helicopter, Sugar Land officers arrested two of the three suspects. That third suspect is still on the loose.
