It's happening at the Southwest Freeway outbound at the Westpark Tollway. According to Houston police, the wreck happened around 3:20pm and involved a motorcycle.
One person was transported to Ben Taub Hospital and pronounced dead there, but at this point, it's not clear if it was the motorcycle rider or someone else.
While police investigated, they shut down all but one lane. The wreck has been cleared, but it'll take a while for the traffic to clear out.
