If you ever wanted to be a millionaire, today was your chance to do it as the show held auditions Monday in Houston.

The first round of auditions started this morning at Reliant Stadium. All the seats were filled as potential contestants for "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" filled out questionnaires and took timed multiple choice tests. Several trivia buffs passed the tests and made it to the next step in the audition process -- an interview with show producers.

"I'm excited because I stepped out. I never thought that I would have a chance to audition and I made it," said one contestant.

"I always just dreamed that I would get this call back so I'm just really feeling it and today is going to be the day that I am going to get my big shot," another contestant told us.

"I got picked. Didn't think it was going to happen. I was the last number called. It had to be God," said another contestant.

Those who didn't make the cut told us they planned to return for the second round of auditions Monday afternoon.

"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" airs right here on ABC13 weekdays at 3pm.
