Donald Frye was shot and killed in the driveway of his home in April of last year. Authorities say Giovanni Mora, Bobby Jones, and Bruce Taylor were trying to steal his car. Jones has already been sentenced to life in prison. Mora's trial started this week. He is also charged with capital murder, but prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty.
