The woman was located Sunday by Harris County Precinct 4 Constables in the Interstate 45 north and Cypresswood area. She is between 60 to 70 years old.
The woman appeared to be in good health but suffers from severe dementia that prohibited her from providing deputies with information regarding her identity.
Officials sent media outlets the woman's picture, and that helped them identify the woman.
